Who May Compete?

Pre-Teen Division: Ages 10 - 12 Years
Jr. Teen Division: Ages 13 - 15 Years
Teen Division: Ages 16 - 18 Years
Miss Division: Ages 19 - 26 Years

young Diamond star: ages 5-9 years

Ms. Elite Diamond National Usa: Ages 27-45

Mrs. Elite Diamond National USA 46-60

Contestants can compete at the National Pageant under these rules and there are 52 spots available for each age division:

  • State Pageant Winners:  State pageants are held throughout the country and have automatic spots reserved at the National Pageant. (STARTING 2022)

  • The Contestant must be between the ages of 10 – 26 as on January 1, 2024.  Age divisions are determined by January 1, 2024. Contestants may move up to the next division should their birth date falls between January 1 – July 19, 2024.

  • All Contestants will be At-Large Contestants in 2021 year, after the 2021-year, A contestant/parent must live, work or own property in the state that the contestant will be competing, or the Contestant must attend school in the state she would be competing in.  The National Office will make final call regarding selection of contestants. 

  • Contestant must not be married or never have been married or have had a marriage annulled.

  • Contestants cannot be pregnant or must never have given birth to a child. 

  • Ms. Elite Diamond USA age group is 27 to 45 and may have children and not be married.

  • Mrs. Elite Diamond USA age group is 46 to 60 and must be married.

Appointed Titleholders/At-Large Titleholder:
Once we select a State Director for your state, you must compete in your state pageant to become eligible.

  • Contestant must be between the ages of 10-26 as on January 1, 2024.

Young Diamond Stars Program

  • Age of Participation – Age 5-9 as of July 20, 2024

  • Compete in Evening Gown & High Fashion categories.

  • We will select a Little Miss Young Diamond Star (Ages 5-6) & Miss Young Diamond Star (Ages 7-9)

  • Must attend all scheduled events for the week

  • Must attend banquet to be crown by sister queen
